I would like to highlight the following problems faced by frustrated candidates. In every job interview or written exam conducted by the departments, they do not publish the marks scored by each aspirant after selecting particular candidates.
If the job is going to be settled within your own family and acquaintances, please do not conduct exams.
Our resources, money and time are being wasted in the name of securing a job.
In light of the above points, I request that the concerned departments stop playing with our lives and emotions. I have appeared in various departmental exams, and the majority of candidates share the same issues mentioned above. Additionally, I am nearly 35 years old and have been appearing for exams for the past 10 years.
