Editor,
Through the columns of your esteemed daily, we, the aspirants for the post of upper division clerk (Post Code: 06/25) under APSSB CGL-2025, respectfully appeal to the petitioner to withdraw the petition that is currently delaying the declaration of the UDC results.
It has come to our notice that this delay is reportedly due to a petition filed by an individual who is believed not to be a genuine aspirant for the said post. The petition challenges the recruitment policy adopted by the APSSB for the post under district establishments across the state – a policy that has been widely accepted by aspirants and consistently implemented in previous recruitment examinations.
While we fully acknowledge the right to seek legal remedy, we believe also that such rights should not be exercised in a manner that obstructs a fair and transparent recruitment process. The ongoing litigation is causing undue hardship to genuine candidates and hindering the timely progression of their careers.
We, therefore, earnestly urge the petitioner to consider the larger interest of the aspirant community and withdraw the case. We also request the authorities concerned to intervene and expedite the resolution of the matter, ensuring timely declaration of the results.
