SERU, 6 Mar: The Tawang district administration organised a Seva Aapke Dwar 2.0 camp here on Friday, during which government departments provided services to 123 villagers from Seru, Muchut, Gormang, Nodo, Shazing, Kangteng, Teli, and nearby hamlets.

During the camp, which was attended by Deputy Commissioner Namgyal Angmo among others, the villagers were sensitised to a range of government welfare schemes, with special emphasis on the installation and benefits of smart electricity meters.

A free medical check-up camp was conducted for the residents, while a jan sunvai (public hearing) provided an open platform for the villagers to directly share their concerns and grievances with the district administration. (DIPRO)
