NAFRA, 6 Mar: The progress of various ongoing developmental works and projects being implemented by different departments in Bichom district was reviewed at a district level monitoring committee meeting here on Friday.
Bichom DC Bopai Puroik, who chaired the meeting, emphasised the importance of timely execution and effective coordination among departments, and strict monitoring to ensure that all government schemes and infrastructure projects are implemented efficiently.
He urged all departments to maintain transparency, adhere to timelines, and strengthen inter-departmental coordination to accelerate the pace of development in the district.
Heads of departments presented the current status of works under their respective departments, highlighting the progress made and the challenges faced.
The project implementing departments were directed to closely monitor project implementation and ensure that quality standards are maintained while completing the works within the stipulated timeframe.
