TENGA, Jul 21: PHED Parliamentary Secretary Kumsi Sidisow inaugurated the steel suspension bridge at the market here in West Kameng district on Saturday. The bridge was funded under the FFC-2016-17 (panchayat).
The PS requested the executing agency to maintain quality of work, and urged the locals to cooperate with the department.
Singchung ADC T Pada, PWD SE Robin Nani and several former PRI leaders along with gaon burahs and leaders of the district BJP unit were present on the occasion.
Later, Sidisow also laid the foundation stone for a motorable decking bridge here (span 60 metre), funded under the CRF and amounting to Rs 10 crore.
