ITANAGAR, Sep 24: The All Nyishi Students’ Union in a representation to the chief minister on Monday urged him to fulfill the assurance which he had given during a meeting with the union on 11 June and initiate steps to ensure early establishment of an agri-horti college in Nyishi-inhabited areas and direct the department concerned for early execution of the project.
The union also drew the CM’s attention to various problems being faced by the people of Kamle district due to want of proper infrastructure and shortage of medical officers.
The union also expressed strong opposition to the move to transfer the Kamle DMO. It said the DMO has been transferred before the completion of her tenure, and sought immediate cancellation of the order.
