ITANAGAR, Oct 12: The All Puroik Students Union (APSU) remembered the leaders who passed away while fighting for the rights of the Puroik community during its 14th foundation day, here at a city hotel on 12 October.
The APSU also felicitated pioneer leaders of its community, students who excelled in class 10 and 12, Arts graduates and professional students.
APSU president Bihu Painchey, former All Puroik Welfare Society president Adang Yachu, All Puroik Women Welfare Society vice president Omem Halley and APSU spokesperson Sipa Yachu also advised members to continue excelling in their fields and to contribute towards development of the community.
