ITANAGAR, Oct 29: Over 400 participants have registered their names for the mini-marathon, themed ‘Run for Unity’, from Rajiv Gandhi Stadium in Naharlagun to IG Park here, being organised by the sports department on 31 October to mark the Rashtriya Ekta Divas.
The run is open to all in both male and female categories. The first, second and third position holders will get cash award of Rs 20,000, Rs 15,000 and Rs 10,000, respectively, while the fourth and the tenth position holders will get Rs 1000 each, according a release from the sports directorate.
