JERIGAON VILLAGE, Nov 14:Various events like mass awareness rally, quiz and rural sports competition were organized by the Field Outreach Bureau, Bomdila Unit, (Ministry of I & B), GoI here under Nafra block on Wednesday as part of the special outreach programme on Swachhta Action Plan and Swachh Bharat Mission.
Addressing the participants on the occasion,Bomdila FPO, P. Tsering explained the aims and objectives of the Swachhta Action Plan and Swachh Bharat Mission while, resource person Bomdila MO, Dr. N. Doley explained about Rashtriya Bal Swasthya Karyakram (RBSK), Routine Immunization (RI), Antenatal care(ANC) and informed that the weekly iron and folic acid supplementation (Wifs) programme is to cover all the children from 6to 12 standard of all govt. schools of the district.
