Dear Editor,
The common people of Arunachal Pradesh are still keeping their Chief Minister Universal Health Insurance Scheme card safely with them with the hope that one day this scheme will be resurrected.
One morning, I was thrilled to read the report in The Arunachal Times that very soon Govt. will activate this scheme and the process for it is going on.
Many who are struggling with sickness and financial crisis were happy to know that but till now nothing has happened.
So, it is my humble appeal to our state Govt. to look into this matter as early as possible for the welfare of the common people of our state who has elected you to serve them.
They don’t have credit or debit cards but they had only Health Insurance Card which you issued to the common public of Arunachal Pradesh giving them hope.
