ITANAGAR, Feb 8: The road safety cell of the police headquarters (PHQ) conducted essay writing, drawing and painting competitions among school children and teachers at the Vivekananda Central School in Vivek Vihar here on Friday as part of the Road Safety Week.
Altogether 117 students and 30 teachers from six different schools participated in the programme, which was conducted under the guidance of PHQ SP (Road Safety & Traffic) Irak Bagra.
Booklets on traffic and road safety were also distributed on the occasion.
