ITANAGAR, Feb 15: Claiming that the health services directorate floated the tender against Advertisement No MDEV-349/17, dated Naharlagun, 31 January, 2019, in violation of the CPWD norms, the All Arunachal Registered Contractor Association has urged the authority concerned to extend the tender process and float an e-tender as per the government norms.
In a representation to the health services director, the association on Friday said the department concerned violated the norms by not publishing the NIT in a minimum of three local dailies and two national dailies.
“As per government guidelines, every tender must be done by e-tender, but your department did not do so,” the association said. It said it would seek legal recourse if the anomaly is not corrected.
