Orientation programme held at Govt Polytechnic Laying

SANGRAM, Sep 18: The first ever orientation programme for first year students was organized at the campus of Government Polytechnic Laying, Sangram under Kurung Kumey district by the student fraternity.
The institute which started functioning with just 10 students in 2015, presently has strength of 42 students.
Speaking on the occasion, Principal in-charge Taba Tath briefed out the rules and regulations of the institution. He suggested both new students and seniors to maintain brotherhood to avoid any kind of conflict amongst them. He further advised and suggested the students to work hard in their studies rather than wasting time in unwanted activities.
The programme was attended by the faculties, staffs and villagers from nearby area. Activities like acting, singing, dancing, etc were performed by the students.
