ITANAGAR, Oct 12: Chief Secretary of Arunachal Shakuntala Gamlin has been transferred. Gamlin has been posted to the centre as Secretary, Disability Empowerment, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment. She joined as Chief Secretary March last year.
