ITANAGAR, Oct 26: Two-day state level workshop cum training programme on Public Finance Management System (PFMS) and Geo MGNREGA Phase-ll for the Block Development Officers (BDOs), district nodal officers and officials was conducted at SIRD here on October 25 and 26.
Speaking on the occasion, RD and PR secretary, Rinchin Tashi emphasized on the web based online transaction system for fund management and e- payment for implementing agencies and beneficiaries. He also requested all the BDOs to improve work culture and ensure timely implementation of the programmes.
RD and PR Director, Komkar Dulom explained the important role of the BDOs cum Programme Officers in ensuring timely implementation of the schemes in order to receive uninterrupted central fund.
Programme Officer (MGNREGA) Sanjib Das highlighted the objective of PFMS and Geo MGNREGA phase II .
