ITANAGAR, Nov 1: The State Information Commission on Wednesday imposed penalty of Rs 25000 against Executive Engineer, Rural Works Department, Seppa, Kaku Pangia for furnishing incomplete documents.
The SIC ruled that Pangia should provide remaining information in the hearing fixed on Nov 29. The Commission was taking cognizance after furnishing of incomplete information sought by one S D Londa from Executive Engineer RWD, Seppa.
