NAMSAI, Dec 7: Chow Suhantra Mantaw, a TGT of Government Upper Primary School in Adi Ningroo of Namsai district donated shawls, T-shirts and sports equipment to the school’s students before his transfer on Thursday to Government Upper Primary School in Momong.
Mantaw, who is also a monk, explained the importance of ‘dana’ (donation) and urged upon the students to put more energy in their studies as the no- detention policy has been lifted.
