PANGIN, Dec 13: The IT & Communication Department conducted an awareness campaign on ‘Digital initiatives of Arunachal Pradesh at the doorstep of district administration’ here in Siang district on Wednesday.
Deputy Commissioner Rahul Singh gave a brief outline of the programme and the significance of digital signature certificate, Service Plus (e-Arunachal), e-governance, etc.
SMT and resource person, Pinge Doji updated about the various applications and facilities to be implemented in the district under the Digital India-IT Initiative, such as Service Plus, e-Inner Line Permit System, Government e-Market Place, e-Office, CPGRAMS, CM Helpline, Jeevan Pramaan, Wi-Fi connectivity, National Scholarship Portal, e-Cabinet, and Bharat-Net (OFC laying).
