DAPORIJO, Dec 23: The Information, Technology & Communication (IT&C) department organised a sensitization programme on Digital Initiatives of Arunachal (DIA) at the Upper Subansiri deputy commissioner’s office here on 21 and 22 December to provide hands-on training to officials of the district administration.
The objective of the DIA campaign is to implement the state-level IT initiatives at the district level.
The IT&C project officer made a PowerPoint presentation on the IT initiatives, like Jeevan Pramaan, e-Office, Service Plus, GeM registration, e-ILP, CM Helpline, CPGRAMS, district websites, and wi-fi services.
Deputy Commissioner Danish Ashraf instructed e-Governance Officer Adap Maling to identify the three departments for rolling out e-Office in the pilot phase.
During the sensitization programme, a Jeevan Pramaan kiosk was set up at the NIC office here, and pensioners were urged to avail of their digital life certificates from the DC’s office.
