ITANAGAR, Jan 24: The 14-year-old boy with speech and hearing impairment, who had gone astray and rescued from Chandranagar area by Childline Itanagar on 22 January, was reunited with his family on Tuesday.
The boy, identified as Tadar Tabi, was handed over to his father Tadar Chapo, a resident of G-Extension in Naharlagun.
He was currently lodged at Mother’s Home in Lekhi village.
