ITANAGAR, Feb 12: The All Arunachal Pradesh Delinquent Welfare Association in a representation to the home minister on Monday informed him about the absence of a proper rehabilitation programme for former delinquents in the state.
It also appealed to the state government to start rehabilitation programmes for former delinquents and provide them with counselling and economic assistance.
