ITANAGAR, Feb 21: Volunteers of BN Youth Club led by its social service secretary, Manho Kamba conducted a river cleanliness drive at BN Colony Chimpu here on Tuesday last, to mark the 32nd Statehood Day celebrations.
The programme was also attended by Tadar Longte, public leader of ward no.1 and All Bengali Welfare Federation president, Same Barman.
The youth club volunteers appealed to the residents of the colony to desist from dumping garbage into the river.
