ITANAGAR, Apr 13: Governor BD Mishra and Chief Minister Pema Khandu have in separated messages extended greetings to the people of the state on the occasion of Sangken festival of the Khampti tribe.
While the governor expressed hope that the celebration would bind the people of the state in fraternal love, goodwill and cooperation, Pema urged the people to practice compassion, peace, and love, as propagated by the Buddha.
