CHANGLANG, Apr 21: DoTCL Parliamentary Secretary and local MLA Tesam Pongte on Saturday inaugurated infrastructures of public importance in his constituency.
Pongte inaugurated two community halls (one each in Namtok Line and Rongringkan village), a playground in Rongringkan village, and a 50-bedded girls’ hostel at the government middle school in Rongringkan.
The MLA appealed to the public to properly utilize and manage the infrastructures. He also appealed to parents and guardians to give priority to the education of their wards.
Changlang Deputy Commissioner Wayog Khimhum, HoDs, and panchayat members of the district were present on the occasion.
