NAHARLAGUN, Jun 3: PWD Parliamentary Secretary and local MLA Techi Kaso on Saturday reiterated his commitment to serve the people of the capital complex.
Addressing the executive meeting of the party’s capital district and Itanagar mandal in the conference hall of the Bharat Scouts & Guides here, Kaso described the capital complex as “mini Arunachal” and said he has always served people from all walks of life, irrespective of their tribe, caste, or religion.
He urged leaders to work from the grassroots level for the welfare of the local citizens of the capital.
Speaking as the resource person, Advisor to Chief Minister Tai Tagak said “the BJP is not only a political party but a big family where everyone is accommodated.
“The BJP adheres to its principles and ideology, and maintains discipline,” he said.
He expressed concern over the poor performance by the students in the CBSE examination, and appealed to the stakeholders to work hard for the uplift of the education scenario in the state.
Itanagar BJP in-charge Tarh Tarak and capital district BJP president Tarh Sopin also spoke. IMC Deputy Chief Councillor Tarh Nachung presented the economic resolution, while pramukh sdasyata state in-charge Techi Necha moved the political resolution, which were both adopted.
Among others, former MLA Kipa Babu, IMC Chief Councillor Kipa Kaku, IMC councillors, and several party leaders of the district attended the meeting.
