NEW DELHI, Jun 8: Arunachal Pradesh Governor BD Mishra called on Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the latter’s office here on Thursday and briefed the PM on the progress of the central schemes and development plans in Arunachal.
He also apprised Modi of the interactions and discussions he had during his tour of all 22 districts of the state.
Mishra spoke about the progress on Swachhata Abhiyan, Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana, and agricultural development schemes in the state. He also spoke about youth welfare-related schemes being run in Arunachal.
Modi conveyed good wishes to the people of Arunachal, and called for progressive implementation of all the development schemes for the benefit of the state’s people. (PRO, Raj Bhavan)
