DRDA employees suspend strike

ITANAGAR, Jun 15: The state unit of the All India DRDA Staff Welfare Association has suspended its proposed pen- and tool-down strike, which had been scheduled to begin on 15 June, “till positive outcomes of cabinet meeting in July next as assured by the RD&PR secretary,” it said.
AIDRDASWA state unit president Sanjay Dolo said the decision was taken in consultation with its district units and after receiving assurance from the RD&PR secretary regarding its demands.
