ITANAGAR, Jun 24: The Seppa-Chayang Tajo Road Steering Committee (SCTRSC) in its meeting held under the chairmanship of its chairman Azad Bagang here on Sunday has unanimously adopted a six-point resolution.
The meeting resolves that copies of agreement between M/s Gammon India Pvt Ltd and M/s Shushee Pvt Ltd be made available to the SCTRSC.
Before entering into discussion with the NEC road committees and availing authentic documents, the M/s Sushee Pvt Ltd should not press for any physical works under the project, the house resolved.
Demanding appointment of a new project officer with independent charge, the meeting further resolved that the PWD office, Chayangtajo division should furnish all the RTI documents sought by SCTRSC and the concerned department should give budgetary status of the said project before commencement of works of the project.
