BOMDILA, Jun 26: The District Development Co-ordination & Monitoring Committee (DISHA) meeting was held here on Tuesday to review the ongoing schemes in the district.
Chairing the meeting, ADC Bopai Puroik reiterated for physical and financial achievement of the schemes within the stipulated time frame “as the state and the central governments were very serious about the proper and timely implementation of the schemes rolled out for the welfare of the people”.
Various ongoing schemes being executed by the departments of DRDA, RWD, ICDS, Agriculture, PHED & WS, Education, Land Management and BSNL were discussed at length.
Some of the shortlisted departments, such as Electric (Power), Health &Family Welfare, Food & Civil Supplies and the district UD&H failed to attend the meeting. (DIPRO)
