JORAM, Jul 13: Ganja plants cultivated along the highway from Lower Joram to Upper Joram were uprooted and destroyed by the residents here in Lower Subansiri district on Friday.
Sending a clear message to the drug peddlers in the area, people from all walks of life joined the crusade against drugs, which was led by Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morch general secretary Joram Tat.
Later, a mass social service was also conducted in the market area here. (DIPRO)
