PALIN, Jul 14: The All Kra Daadi District Students’ Union (AKDDSU) has requested the state government to post a principal, along with faculty members and other staff at the government model college here.
In a representation to the education secretary, the union said on Friday that uncertainty prevails over the commencement of the academic session of the college this year as the principal, faculty members and other staff are yet to be posted.
The AKDDSU, which pursued the government for a long time for establishing the college here, said failure to start the academic programme of the college from the 2018-19 session would lead to unrest among the students and parents.
