BOMDILA, Jul 18: West Kameng district Deputy Commissioner Dr Sonal Swaroop has called for timely completion of the projects in the district.
Addressing the government officers and former ZPMs in the first quarter meeting of the district level monitoring committee held here on Wednesday to review various projects under SIDF, NEC, NLCPR, CRF, BADP and other CSS, the DC also directed the departments to submit written information to the district administration about any disputed schemes.
Officials from various departments highlighted the status of projects being implemented in the district.
On the sidelines of the meeting, DC Sonal Swaroop directed the administrative officers and the heads of offices to discourage donation collection or contribution drive by various organizations or unions and report it to police and district administration.
Earlier, an executive order was also issued on 13 July prohibiting collection of funds or donations in any form by any organization or persons in West Kameng district. (DIPRO)
