ITANAGAR, Aug 2: The state government through an order on 1 August approved the promotion of two Arunachal Pradesh Civil Service (APCS) administrative grade officers to the senior administrative grade. It also approved the promotion of 15 selection grade officers to the administrative grade, and 24 senior grade officers to the APCS selection grade.
