NAHARLAGUN, Sep 3: The Arunachal Pradesh Congress Seva Dal organized a donation drive in aid of Kerala flood victims at Indira Gandhi Congress Bhawan here on Monday. An extended executive body meeting of the Seva Dal was also held on the same day under the leadership of All India Congress Seva Dal general secretary PA Gurung.
