ANINI, Sep 25: Keh-meh-ha festival of the (Idu) Mishmi community was celebrated here in Lower Dibang Valley district on Monday with traditional fervour.
Greeting the people on the occasion, Deputy Commissioner W Khimun exhorted the people to maintain the tradition and culture handed down by their forefathers.
