NIKTE, Nov 2: Over 20 government departments along with banking institutions in West Siang district participated in the Sarkar Aapke Dwar camp held here on Friday to provide government services to the people of Ubu Bango administrative circle.
The camp was inaugurated by Deputy Speaker Tumke Bagra, who urged the people to reap the benefits of the camp. West Siang DC N Wangjen and Kodum CO Binti Mibang also spoke.
In Kurung Kumey district, thousands benefitted from the Sarkar Aapke Dwar camp held at the general ground in Koloriang. The camp was inaugurated by local MLA Pani Taram, in the presence of DC Santosh Kumar Rai and others.
Prizes of sports competitions held between various schools of the district were also distributed to the winners at the end of the programme. (DIPROs)
