Sarkar Aapke Dwar camps held

GENSI, Nov 4: The Lower Siang district administration held a Sarkar Aapke Dwar (SAD) camp here on Saturday.
Sixteen government departments participated in the camp, which was inaugurated by Nari-Koyu MLA Kento Rina, who also flagged off a Tata Sumo service which will ply between Koyu and Likabali.
Rina commended the administration and the departments for carrying out the government’s policy of reaching out to the doorsteps of the needy, and urged the people to cooperate with the departments.
Gensi EAC Ejum Angu also spoke.
In Siang district, the administration organised a SAD camp at Jomlo-Bari village in Jomlo-Mobuk circle.
The camp was inaugurated by Rumgong ADC Tuli Gangkak, in the presence of Jomlo-Mobuk CO Natek Nonnang and others.
The ADC highlighted the objectives of the SAD programme, and informed the gathering about the efforts being made by the state government for the benefit and convenience of the people.
Besides providing government services, the camp featured a health camp, and the education department provided career counselling and information on the CM’s Dronacharya Gurukul Yojana and Adhunik Patshala Yojana. (DIPROs)
