AALO, Nov 8: NGO Mother’s Vision conducted a ‘firsthand input on drugs and substance abuse’ programme at the Kendra Vidyalaya here in West Siang district on Thursday.
Resource person Kennedy Bagra, who is himself a recovering addict, spoke on the progressive pattern of drug addiction, and Mother’s Vision chairperson Jumde Yomgam Gamlin highlighted the expectations mothers have of their children and how children’s drug addiction and death by drugs devastate families.
