This is regarding problems while applying for umbrella scholarship for the current year 2018-19. Last year we applied for state scholarship through apdhte.nic.in but this year we decided to opt for Umbrella scheme. While going through the login process, we faced an issue. It stated that the user login already exists and hence we are unable to apply. From the current year, the state scholarship is being hosted by NSP Portal, both for the state and umbrella.
We would like to know how to sort out this problem and if possible how to remove the existing user account and apply for a fresh account.
It is our sincere request to Director of Higher and Technical Education, to look into this matter and enlighten us with the technical issues we are facing so that we are able to complete the registration without any hassles. Scholarship money is the only ray of hope to buy all the study expenses for poor people like me.
