NAHARLAGUN, Nov 29: The capital police arrested two alleged drug peddlers. They have been identified as Kukhal Jurai of Damsite, Naharlagun and Deepak Nath of Police Colony, Itanagar.
They were booked under NDPS Act and 25(1A) Arms Act.
Papum Pare district SP and Incharge Capital police Tumme Amo informed that suspected heroin were seized from the two.
Amo informed that the Naharlagun police have already arrested five persons including the main supplier who was based in Guwahati. From them heroin and Chinese made 9mm pistol were recovered.
Naharlagun Police team led by SI Sushant Saurabh Jha under the supervision of OC, Naharlagun Inspector Nikom Riba and SDPO Naharlagun Make Bui arrested the two.
