NAHARLAGUN, Nov 30: The District AIDS Control Society (DACS), Papum Pare will offer free HIV testing and conduct IEC activities on World AIDS Day on 1 December at Heema Hospital premises here from 9 am onwards.
The DACS has appealed to all to avail the opportunity.
