SAD camp reaches Khimyang

KHIMYANG, Dec 23: Twenty rural women from Khimiyang circle were given free LPG connection under the Ujjwala scheme during the Sarkar Aapke Dwar (SAD) camp organised here by the Changlang district administration on Saturday.
Thirty-three Adhaar cards, 50 ST certificates and 33 PRCs were issued to the beneficiaries, apart from the various services made available through different departments.
Changlang South MLA Phosum Khimhun, who along with DC RK Sharma attended the camp, earlier inaugurated a shed at the market here. The shed was constructed by the BDO, under the BADP.
The DC urged to the villagers to avail of the services at their doorsteps, and, expressing concern over the absence of an administrative officer, assured to post one at the earliest. (DIPRO)
