Dear Editor,
With deep anguish I would like to appeal to PHED authority to immediately restore the water supply at adjoining areas of Pappu Nallah-Jully tri-junction, Pappu Nallah.
In fact, since last 15 days there is no water supply.
Therefore, the PHED Naharlagun Division is appealed to restore the water supply soon.
