ITANAGAR, Apr 2: The amount of cash seized in Arunachal Pradesh rose to Rs 3.66 crore on Tuesday with fresh seizure of Rs 5 lakhs in cash by various agencies engaged by the ECI.
The figure had stood at Rs 3.61 crore on the previous day.
Overall, Rs 356.289 crore in cash, and inducements worth Rs 1174.811 crore, including drugs worth Rs 696.812 crore, have so far been seized across the country since the enforcement of the election model code of conduct, according to the ECI.
