ITANAGAR, Jul 17: The All Paniasang Area Youth Association (APAYA) has in a two-point memorandum submitted to the state chief secretary on Tuesday, sought early posting of circle officer for Paniasang circle under Kurung Kumey district.
The association claimed that no circle officer has been posted against the newly created circle since its bifurcation from Damin on February 2017.
It has also demanded early creation of a separate CD-cum BADP block for Paniasang to ensure that people of the backward area can avail central sponsored schemes under the BADP.
