ITANAGAR, Aug 11: The Kurung Kumey district unit of the All Arunachal Contractor’s Welfare Association has alleged that the notice inviting tender (NIT) under the CMSSY, published in the local papers by the education department and the BADP, contained “incomplete information.”
The unit claimed that the NIT does not mention the tender amount, and that the amount of the earnest money deposit (EMD) was a lump sum mentioned as Rs 75000 in every package.
It also claimed that in the BADP NIT, the EMD amount was more than 2 percent of the total cost of the project, which it said was in gross violation of the District Based Entrepreneurs and Professionals Act, 2015.
This daily was unable to verify the allegation with the implementing agencies of the district.
