NAHARLAGUN, Aug 27: The one-stop centre (OSC) and the Papum Pare district unit of the Women Helpline (WHL) conducted an awareness programme at the anganwadi centre in Prem Nagar here recently to discuss various problems faced by women and children. The OSC’s paralegal member, Techi Ambika, spoke on domestic violence, while WHL supervisor Binni Kumpu briefed children on good touch and bad touch.
