HASSE RUSSA, Sep 6: Over 100 domesticated animals, including “36 cattle, 22 goats, 65 pigs, 226 poultry and four elephants” were treated during an animal health camp organised at Hasse Russa village by the Longding KVK on Friday, it informed.
Animal science expert Dr Tilling Tayo examined the animals and treated them accordingly, while KVK Head (in-charge) Dr A Kirankumar Singh urged the farmers to put the medicines to use as directed by the expert.
Forty farmers along with the village chief and interim panchayat committee members also attended the camp.
