NAMSING, Sep 7: The Namsing Employee Forum (NEF) has urged the teachers of the upper primary school here in East Siang district to be dedicated and sincere in their duties and maintain the age-old glory of the school, which has produced many luminaries.
The forum recently conducted an ‘academic awareness programme’ at the school to encourage the students to do better, and to ensure compulsory education to all children.
NEF president US Perme advised the students to strive for academic excellence.
Meritorious students, and those who stood first in the district level sports competition, were felicitated on the occasion.
Retired ADC Ranpok Perme, Khonsa ADC Jalash Pertin, and retired IAF group captain Mohonto Panging Pao also attended the programme.
