PALIN, Sep 12: The urban development & housing (UDH) department’s Palin division launched Swachhata Hi Seva-2019 here in Kra Daadi district on 11 September.
Deputy SP Torun Makcha spoke on the importance of cleanliness, hygiene and waste management, and on fulfilling the aim of ensuring cleanliness in Palin town.
A cleanliness drive was organised in the market area by members of the market committee, government officers and residents.
The programme was also launched in West Siang HQ Aalo on the same day by UDH EE Hali Welly.
The programme is scheduled to conclude on 27 October. (With DIPRO inputs)
